1. To Enter. You may enter only by electronic mail to Promotions Unlimited Corporation ("Promotions") at http://www.benfranklinstores.com/sweeps/sweepstakes.asp and must complete the required information designated above along with any optional information you wish to provide. On-line entries must be received by 11:59 P.M. on the last business day of the month to be eligible for the current month’s drawing. You may not enter by regular mail. Limit, one entry per person per month.
2. Eligibility. This contest is only open to U.S. residents, age 18 or older who have internet access. By entering you agree to these official rules of this contest. Employees of Promotions and their immediate families and the owners, employees and immediate families of independent retailers operating as Ben Franklin licensees of Promotions are not eligible to enter. This contest is void where restricted or prohibited by law.
3. Drawing. One winner for the special giveaway item pictured above will be selected by random drawing from all eligible entries on the last business day of the month. Such drawing will be conducted by numbering the entries received and the winning entry will randomly be selected by the computer.
4. Prizes. Promotions reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value in the event of unavailability.
5. Odds. The Odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received. Incomplete, illegible, irregular or misdirected entries will be disqualified.
6. Notification. The winner will be notified by electronic mail on or about the tenth business day of the following month.
7. Winner’s Instructions. Winner may be required to sign an affidavit of eligibility. Non-compliance may result in disqualification and/or award of prize to an alternate. By accepting a prize, winner agrees to the use of his/her name and any information provided in winner’s entry without further compensation, except where prohibited. In the event of any dispute regarding who submitted an on-line entry, entry will be deemed submitted by the holder of the e-mail account. No substitution, transfer or cash substitution of the prize is permitted (except by Promotions due to prize availability). All local, state and federal taxes on prizes are the sole responsibility of the winner. Winner releases Promotions Unlimited Corporation, its employees, agents and affiliated companies from any and all liability for injuries or damages of any kind sustained in connection with use of the prize and acknowledges that said parties have neither made nor are in any manner responsible for any warranty or guarantee relative to any prize, including but not limited to its quality, mechanical condition or fitness for a particular purpose.
8. Winner’s List. For the identity of the winner, available after the tenth day of the following month, send a self addressed, stamped envelope to Amy Renshaw, Promotions Unlimited Corporation, 087601 Racine, Wisconsin 53408.
9. General. Promotions is not responsible for phone, electrical, network, computer, transmission, server hardware or software program malfunctions, failures or difficulties. All entries become the property of Promotions and will not be returned. In the event any dispute arises regarding the sweepstakes, participant agrees that such dispute shall be resolved by applying the laws of Illinois and that it shall be resolved within and by the courts of that state. Promotions is not responsible for any damage to participant’s system that may be occasioned by participation in the sweepstakes. Promotions reserves the right to cancel or modify the contest in the event it becomes infected by a virus or otherwise technically corrupted.
