Holiday Ribbon
Wreath
Supplies:
  • 24" Foam Wreath.

  • 22 gauge floral wire.

  • Shiny dried green leaves-holly, oak, boxwood or ruscus.

  • 15 yards 3" red velvet ribbon.
  • 15 yards #9 (1 1/4") red velvet ribbon with gold back.

  • 15 yards #9 (1 1/4") gold ribbon.

  • 10 yards gold corc trim.

  • Glue gun and glue sticks.
Instructions:
  1. Wrap the entire wreath with the 3" wide velvet ribbon.

  2. Secure with hot glue.

  3. Using 3 yards of 1 1/4" ribbon for each, make 5 gold backed red velvet bows, and 5 gold bows.

  4. The bows should be 12 loops with one center loop.

  5. All bows except 1 gold bow should not have streamers.

  6. Hot glue or pick the red bows equidistant around the front of the velvet wrapped wreath.

  7. Attach the gold bows to the wreath between each red velvet bows.

  8. Make 10-1 yard bows with the gold trim.

  9. Glue or pick the trim bows to the wreath in between each gold and red bow.

  10. Glue the dried leaves to the wreath in between the bows.

  11. The gold bow with the streamers is the bottom of your wreath.

  12. Attach a wire loop with hot glue to the back of your wreath at the top.
